General Abdul Saboor Qani appointed as Governor of Herat.
Independent Directorate of Local Governance(IDLG) announced today (Tuesday, June 15th) that Abdul Saboor Qani has been appointed as governor of Herat.
Mr. Qani was previously the Deputy Chief of Security at the Ministry of Interior.
