President Ghani arrived in Balkh province
President Ghani arrived in Balkh province this morning at the head of a high-ranking government delegation to assess the general situation in Balkh province. The Presidential Palace says that the President is scheduled to have separate meetings with military and civilian officials, elders and influential people of Balkh.
