A Humvee full of explosives was destroyed
The Interior Ministry says a car bomb was destroyed by security and defense forces before reaching its target which was Police command at Dawlatabad district of Balkh province.
Interior Ministry spokesman Tariq Arian said the action was carried out by the Taliban at 2:30 last night and damaged civilians and homes in the area.
